"I LOVE the patterns and colors of the Hip Hip Hooray collection.  They are so bright and fun.  And, I absolutely love the Sequin Candy Dots from this collection.  (Can you tell by the layout? Ha!)  I love that they just stick on.  My daughter just tuned 13.
